Yes, every single product in our shop is 100% vegan. We do not use beeswax, carmine, lanolin, or any other animal-derived ingredients in our formulations.
Do you use synthetic fragrances or dyes?
No, we believe in the power of nature. We only use pure essential oils for scent and plant-based botanicals or clays for color.
How long does shipping take for handmade items?
Since our products are made in small batches to ensure freshness, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US.
What is your return policy for skincare products?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you have an allergic reaction, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Sustainability is at our core. We use glass jars, compostable mailers, and recycled paper labels to minimize our environmental footprint.
What is the shelf life of your natural products?
Because we use natural preservatives, most of our products have a shelf life of 6 to 12 months. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
